The flavours of a true riad
At Riad Jona, dining is an art of hospitality. Our Moroccan dishes are homemade every day from fresh produce brought back from the market. Slow-cooked tagines, fragrant couscous, pastilla and honey pastries: a generous, authentic table served in the intimacy of the patio or on the terrace, facing the Atlas mountains.
The riad's table
As night falls, the table d'hôtes glows with candles and lanterns. The chef composes a seasonal Moroccan menu — lamb tagine with prunes, chicken with preserved lemon, Friday couscous — to be enjoyed in a hushed, refined atmosphere. Best reserved the day before to fully enjoy it.
Cooking Class
It all begins at the stalls of the Medina: sun-ripened fruit, seasonal vegetables, fresh herbs and fragrant spices. Simple, sincere cooking where every flavour tells the story of Morocco. On request, join a cooking class with our team and leave with the secrets of the dishes you tasted.

Breakfast is served "whenever you are ready": msemen and Berber pancakes, homemade breads, honey, jams, freshly squeezed orange juice and mint tea. To be enjoyed slowly in the patio or on the sunny terrace, to start the day gently.
